revising my claims on Aluminum,
water (H2O) is still the best source of hydrogen and its free. You can get water from creeks, rivers or even sea water, combined with proper electrolysis systems its best to fuel an engine.
As with Aluminum+KOH+water=hydrogen, aluminum metal prices may go up (more expensive beer cans and aluminum foils) if to be used as fuel not including Lye or KOH.
