it isnt as effecient as possible, but this could be a very viable and real solution to the "per cell filling" methods they've discussed so far, granted the first cell would use more electrolyte than the last cell, but it would also be a solution because it may not leak as much as the other methods, while still being simple. drilling a small hole, slightly lower than the first one (near the top of the cell) does two things: links all the cells together for a common gas ouput line, and allows the electrolyte to spill over and top off the cell below it.
not a bad idea if you ask me.
