It's just a matter of marrying the two together.
Any good entrepreneur with access to a little cash could build & sell cars converted to hydrogen.
If the oil companies want to shut you down, sell out.
They're most likely going to try a legal way before death & destruction, it's just being professional.

but a cartel. That's why you must pay $3.00+
for gas and why we make everything from
plastic, to fill up the landfills, squandering
a resource for future generations, sending it
out your tailpipe. A car company must consult
with a fuel providor when designing a motor.
The car companies are owned by oil companies
and vica versa, who are funded by the big
banks. Multinational oil and auto CEO's attend
the same White House dinner parties. Many
belong to the Council on Foreign Relations
(CFR) globalist think tank who basically set US
policy as best they can. That's why oil is
a national security issue worth sending
guys to the middle east to die for. The
government collects huge revenues from
excise taxes on oil. GW/ Arbusto Oil and
Daddy Bush, Penzoil, not to mention Bill
Richardson, own reserves in excess of
$20B. They would put us into another war
(probably China) as a distraction, before
relinquishing control and profits. It isn't in
their interest to give you hydrogen power.
You must empower yourself.
