I think 2000 might have the Paint program too.
Making the holes smaller may help A Little but I dont like restricting
the outlet for Hydroxy.
-
For a start : Try doing a test with the Electrolyte level a little below the holes
in the gaskits.
Check the output , efficiency etc.
Then allow the level to drop Without re-filling......
Note Time taken and occasionally do the output / efficiency test to see how
much difference it actually makes.
-
To compare your efficiency / output...... over-fill and check.
You may find that you could add a specific quantity of top up liquid for
every hour of running [ Note this top up liquid is Pure Distilled water ].
Then just a quick check every week to make sure its keeping at correct level
when running in the car...
surely that wouldnt be too much trouble.
-
The automatic filler could deliver the set quantity after every hour of running, use electronic timer to measure time and
small pump run for measured time.
Car movement sloshes liquid level around the unit to effect leveling.
Also any cells that over fill will froth from top and push the excess
over to other cells. Yes a small detriment to efficiency occurs as frothing
happens but this is not for long - as long as over-all level is not too
high.
You can have an ammeter guage on your dash to see if current goes too
high then you know there is a problem.
-
You may find that the useage in car is not too bad - especially for short trips
and you could just manually refill and get to try out your unit with out the
complications of auto filling.
