2. Is it correct that generic arc welding is done in the 3000'C+ range?

The following idea is based on the fact that water indeed does turn into hydroxy gas at 2500'C and that common arc welders operate at 3000'C+ temps:

Is it plausible to modify or build from the ground up a ICE to operate by:

1. Injecting an amount of water into a cylinder.

2. Heating that water using an arc welder or equivalent to 2500'C+. By doing so turning that amount of water into hydroxy gas. (Could the expansion in volume from a liquid to a gas be used as a power stroke of sorts?)

3. Through the nature of a piston driven engine compress this hydroxy then ignite it to produce another power stroke.

Well thats the general idea. Not to achieve free energy or OU, but just to make a car run on water alone. Am I wrong in thinking that this is much more of an "on demand" concept than using cells to produce the gas and then feeding the gas into an injection system.

Even if the above idea is just crazy talk does it not make more sense to to convert water into hydroxy within a cylinder by converting a very small amount very quickly even by using conventional electrolysis.

I have read about Herman Anderson's car and the "1978 Camaro that runs on water" on this site: and they both seem to be using concepts very similar to the above.

A couple general electrolysis questions. Is there a large amount of residue left after all the water has been converted. And I have read on here that to prevent excessive heating one should keep to about .5 amps per sq". With the previous stated does it not make tremendous sense to circulate the electrolyte in a single cell in order to not only aid in knocking hydroxy bubbles off the plates, but also to run the electrolyte through a radiator of sorts to prevent excessive heating which would in turn allow for higher amps. I understand using a pump will consumer more power, but I am more focusing on creating enough hydroxy quickly enough to power a full size vehicle.

Anyway any thoughts, ideas, criticisms, insults I can take it all I have a thick skin. And I have only been at this research for about 48 hours.

Geez I just looked at the length of this baby, but the hell with it you only get one first post.
