"Brute Force Electrolysis" does not mean inefficient electrolysis. It is NOT referring to wasting power by putting 12v across 1 cell.
"Brute Force Electrolysis" is simply referring to using straight DC current to produce electrolysis. It is just a form of baseline electrolysis. There is no frequency modulation or AC piggybacking or anything odd going on with the supply of power. It's just straight DC as you would get from batteries.
Please do not start associating Brute Force Electrolysis with inefficient electrolysis because that is certainly NOT the case here.
Your 2 comparisons that you spoke of Glenn, were in fact both forms of Brute force electrolysis. It's just that 1 was more efficient then the other.
I will often refer to that term in my work because I have held the belief, for years now, that once you make a superior Brute Force Electrolyzer, you can then take the next step and start playing with frequencies and voltage modulation etc...

The only advantage of doing this pumping/ cooler system would be if there was no space
for a proper large surface area ( low v ) design.
