ok my idea behind this came from our cooling systems out here in the desert... we use swamp coolers to cool our buildings... swamp coolers work off of evaporation to cool.. the concept is that by pumping water over a mesh like substance and running air through that the air is then cooled by the act of the water evaporating... so the fuel cell would function in a similar fashion fuel is allowed in via the float valve and then is pumped up through a small fuel pump (like an external fuel pump for the old VW bugs) and then ran across a V shaped trough with holes drilled in it to drain it on to the mesh below the fuel then evaporates as air is drawn across it and is then sucked into the car... now i also put a one way valve at the base of the outlet to allow the air out but not any in in case of a backfire that is also why the pressure relief valve was added in case of a backfire...
