4 1/4"x 12" cell, and 1 1/4"x 10 1/2" cell.
End plates for 4" made from Wal Mart cutting board
cut on drill press. Wire is 12 or 14. Drip emitter
is used to adjust incoming air caused by engine vacuum.
The 4" cell goes on a '95 Subaru.

This is the inner collar which is a friction fit
with the inside of the outer tube.
The inner tube fits inside of a groove which keep it centered.
The inner tube is about 1 1/2" shorter than the outer tube,
and about 3 1/2" outside diameter. 5/16" allthread S.S. bolt and S.S. hardware.


The finished 4" cell with air metered drip emitter, wires.
Inner wire is ground, outer is positive.
The cell will need to be carefully insulated against
contacting any metal within the vehicle. Outlet tube is 3/8" s.s.
