Project Description:
This is the very first real Electrolyser I ever made. After reading up on Chris's projects, i thought I had a good Electrolyser to start. I was wrong. Every day, something new went wrong with it. And, just when i thought i would have it sealed up, when I put the slightest pressure on it, it just went 'pop' and then all the water inside poured out. Oh well. These are just some pictures of what it looks like. I have completely given up on this design for now. Maybe in the future, when I have a lot of time on my hands, i will come back to it and try to fix it.

This is the plate array I used for the 1 inch cell.

This is the part of the cell where i had the most trouble: no matter what I did, it kept leaking.

The plates are 7/8 inch by 16 inch 304 grade stainless steel.

This is the silicone sealant I used for this project.
