Project Description:
My second HydroBooster project. This unit will break up water into hydrogen and oxygen
using electrical current from a car battery/alternator. The Hydrogen & Oxygen are piped in a MIXED
condition through a safety device then into the Carburetor of the Car Engine.
- This is a Very Efficient hydrolyser. It is using only 1.9 V across any part of the electrolyte.
The electrolyte is High concentration ( 26 % KOH  potassium hydroxide ) in Demineralised or Distilled Water. The electrolyte idea came from Bob Boyce and eco. The Gap between electrodes is just 2.5 mm.
Electrodes are Stainless Steel 304....outer and 316....inner  Tubes. The Two cylinders are submerged
completely below electrolyte. This idea of submerged plates came from Chris " OUPOWER " .
--------
Test vehicle:
1.9 L four cylinder - very low reving engine.
Has just had Heads Modified with Singh Grooves ( details later in project ).
Forged pistons, Stainless valves, heads ported, balanced, high lift rockers,
lightened flywheel, counterweighted crank, big oil pump, deep sump, Huge
extractors, modified cam, Bla, Bla, Bla.......for two pages..............
----------------------------------------
Acting upon some very good advice, this unit will only be used for
" normal electrolysis " Hydroboosting of my car.
I will design a better unit from flat plate to enable more successful
advance into resonance reactions to make large gas output.

Larry (my Work Buddy) and Glenn 's Projects.
Larry's has two cells per Tube, Glenn's has one cell per Tube.
Here they are all running to Condition the plates.
This is done at low current and low levels of electrolyte
in Distilled water. Run for LONG time. ( 2 days )

The 5 units( out of 7 ) with wires connected in SERIES...daisy chain
style. like; 12Volts Positive-n-n-n-n-n-n-n- zero Volts NEGATIVE or Body.
where the n is a pair of tubes and the - is a single connecting wire.

first five units beginning conditioning. All tubes combining in pipe & then gas going through
Water Bubbler ( For Safety ) ALWAYS RUN a BUBBLER..... this will Stop
the gas from burning into the reactor and exploding.
Note all lids are of a POP OFF style so that damage would be very limited.
Also the pipe coming out the top of the bubbler leads outside the building.

detail of scratch work underway.
Bob suggests a Cross Hatch sanding to help release bubbles
more readily

prototype ; notice two bolts connecting negative due to poor
attachment - this improved upon in subsequent units.
One bolt on positive side.
