Project Description:
History: My first HydroBooster was a 15 inch x 4 inch Pipe with 7 cell series Electrolyser inside it. It ran Ok but the main problem was it was Too Tall (& narrow). So Bubbles congested at top when rising. I found out on Dismantling that it was constructed wrongly Too.
-
Well I wanted to try something better so with a few more plates and Cutting the 15 inch ones in half, I created the new 19 Cell series-small.

When pulling apart the old one, I found some nice colouring which I wanted to Share.

I should have been more observant, BUT I believe the Light colour is from the the current leaving the ANODE. ...The Dark colour is from the current entering the CATHODE. {I am not sure on this}.
But you should expect some colouring when doing this electrolysis in a Low Voltage set up with a Good electrolyte like NaOH  or KOH {better).

mmmm 20 Plates, even with tag for Bolting to later.

See they are 185 mm High and 89 mm wide...Yes I know "they are too Tall and narrow" Yes but its the only stainless I had.
Even though this Too tall causes excessive frothing - thus poorer performance, it is an ideal shape for the space in my car. So I will have to put up with the problems.!

These will be 3mm apart.! I am trying to be Very accurate in this respect.
