1 set of plates (7 cells) currently installed. should be room enough for 3 sets total. 3 x 7 cell series running in parallel.

plates are 100mm2 , less 2-3mm on 3 edges

plastic container has 4 latches, a rubber seal, and a volume of 2.2l

slotted plastic is a old plastic cutting board I had lying round. not sure exactly what its made of but works well for tin can stirling bearings too smells quite waxy when being cut.

Frame re-slotted - not capable of holding 3 x 7cell series cells
adding another 14 plates to the existing 8

slots made with a hacksaw :p Ill be finding a bandsaw to use next time!!

1st cell in place. Have run a small bead of hut glue along the bottom of each plate.
