Front view of the thyristor charger, It's ugly I know.
The white pot is the one I use for setting the charging current.
It's the pot RV2 on schematics.


The hole for carying the charger and forced air exit

Left instrument is for voltage, and right one for current


I mesured the secondary transformer voltage, it's 18V
On 14 volt's the charging is to slow
I use series resistor, will take a picture for current limiting.
The transformer is 100W
