This is a charger that alows setting the upper limit and lower limit of charging.
Works like this: Charging goes up to upper limit let's say 14,2 V , then turn's off,
then goes self discharging to a lower limit of let's say 12V, and then starts charging again.
This allows the "breathing " of a accumulator, and in this way the battery lasts longer.

This charger I have not made,I have made the Thyristor Charger, but work for sure.
For now it's on serbian language, but I will translate it these days....
