Beginning the Bell Stack. Because the bottom outer edge is rounded, I had to drill a 1/16 hole in the center of the bottom rim. I placed the dish with the 1/16 hole over another dish and inserted a marker into the hole and turned the dish 360 degrees to get a location mark on the bottom of the dish. I then folded a piece of paper in half then a folded the paper again to 90 degree intersecting creases in the paper. Then I measured the diameter across the center of the dish from line to line. Divide this measurement by 2. I measured this from the center out on the folded paper creases, marked the paper, the points are the outer points of a square, and will be used as a template to mark the holes in the bottom for the SS all-thread. It is critical that these four holes are located right.

The holes I have now in these are two 1/4 in holes horisontally in the photo and two 3/8 holes vertical in this photo. The all-thread size will determine the size of the small holes.I will be drilling the larger ones out to 1/2 or 5/8 I,ll decide that later.

Sorry... No description for this picture at this time.

This is what I want to see. Also the dishes are very thin I think around 4 mm. thick. Have to take time drillin these to do a good job.I placed them over a small block of wood (backer)and used a drill press.

another shot of the desired alignment.
