there was a 16min story on new zealand's tv3 program "60 minutes" transmitted 2005.10.17 19:30, where the inventor claimed this cell processed water which could then run his 350cc motorcycle ... the motorcyle was shown running, three experts called, etc

no details of internal construction disclosed

250ml - 400ml of water placed in top rubber tube, the two wires closed to complete the circuit (no external power is supplied) and 20min later water collected (presumably) from the bottom tube was poured into the motorcycles small and empty fuel tank, bike then started and ridden away ... minor carburettor modification is required

emission tests showed a carbon content, but inventor claims no carbon in fuel, so maybe the motorcycle had worn piston rings and was burning oil from the sump.

maybe the two top aluminium inlets are for adding chemicals, perhaps, though to my mind less likeky, compressed air

look at the cells construction ... is that gib wall board and plaster of paris ... Calcium ... which is -2.87v  on the electro (-chemical) potential scale, right near the very bottom of the electropotential series ... note the computer hard drive finned heatsinks ... the stock anodizing may protect the aluminium from corrosion ... or is it plated by added chemicals

has elements of AlaskaStars calcium/iron sulphate - sulphuric acid  2.4v battery ... if the cell voltage is always above 2v, and even better if it is around 2.4v hydrogen will evolve both at electrical charge and discharge

is a proportion of the water stripped of its oxygen molecules creating H30/heavy water/combustable water

it didnt burn when put in a paper cup, and the cup then set on fire, so maybe it requires compression to ignite

inventor says the hydrogen is "entrained" in the water
