Hi guys ...been a long time sine I wrote here eh? Well you're looking at the same plate assembly that I used in the Wal-Mart containers, but now they're flipped on their sides. I cut off the long "legs" that were extending upwards to the lid of the containers since these are now going to sit on their sides. Why? Because I found what I believe to be a much better Wal-Mart container :)

Just another angle so that you can see I kept the exact same spacing. I used 2 nylon washers from Fastenal --the place where I purchase my #316 stainless stuff and nylon items.

This is a top-down view of how the plates fit inside of the new containers. You can see that they are nearly a perfect fit. 6 x 3 inches. The containers are about 12 inches tall so I have a LOT of water over the top of these plates which adds a LOT of extra safety to the setup.

I'm coming throught he sides with a TOPOGEE type seal. Many thanks to Bill for cutting these out for me. He gets the stuff for the boiler work that he does.

The are 2 side by side. I have enough plate assemblies to make 5 total right now. That should be enough to start testing.
