Just a shot of the chord that I used.


Here I am with gloves on, starting to insert the pieces. As I mentioned before, I shoul have sanded the back and front of each piece first. By having to do it now, I am knocking off some of the spacers and re-glueing them is a pain in the butt! -Do all of your sanding first.


Sanding the pieces is a very time consuming process. I usually bribe my wife with gifts or something fun if she helps me. Sometimes that works :)


Slow and steady... trying to go fast here only knocks off spacers and makes you spend more time in the end.


Looks good! Everything is remaining perfectly lined up. There are some cool visual effects inside of the box due to the reflective material and the plexi-glass. I can not capture the view with my crappy camera very well... Sorry!
