Look at my filter capacitor. Its about the size of a soup can.

Just wanted ya to read the writing on this cap. I also want to thank Chemlec for hookin me up with this cap. Its now a Canadian Cap in Mississippi! Since I started this project he has provided me a lot of valuable info and has guided me thru my (electrical unknowing) ignorance. But I am learning a lot along the way . Again, thanks Gary.

trying to get view inside of box.

Ok on the left is the transformer. In the center, the heat sink that I cut in half, and mounted securely inside the enclosure. On the right is the microwave's old blower fan that I wired an additional switch to turn on off (blower). This little guy will easily cool down the heatsink and help keep the transformer cool. I'm waiting on my Crown bridge rectifier. It is a 50 amp 400 volt guy. Will install and photo when It arrives.

Power on switch, to the left, the blower switch to the right. I wired the blower switch thru the power switch, so it will only work when the power switch is on. Turn on main power switch, then turn on the blower ,or not. You get the idea.
