I figured I'd use the 1 and 6 inch welding method here since I had bad warping problems on the tank.


Got all the parts welded up. I had to clamp it to the bottom flange since it was still off more than I wanted it to be. After I welded everything together the heat from the welding straightened it up and it mates fairly well.


Better shot again, stinkin light in here isn't enough so I have to rememeber to use the flash on the camera.


Nice close up to see the welds, lol. I'm really happy about this, FINALLY I don't have to clean up any of the welds, lol.


Aother view, I think I'll leave the welds alone. I had though about sandblasting the top to match, but these welds look so nice I just can't do that, lol.
