Picture of the servo motor or maybe a stepper motor? How do you really know what you're looking at? I am not sure what key items to look for so you can tell.

This is a scan of the model and serial # off of one of my servo motors. This is from the Y axis.

Model No: MT5130-047CF
Code: 8508R
Serial No: 001372

If anyone has information on these particular drives and could let me know I would be most appreciative. E-mail chris -=at=- OUPower -=dot=- com (obviously fix the e-mail address before sending). LOL

Andypugh from the EMC forums and IRC chat believes that this is a resolver attached directly to my ball screw.

There are 6 very light gauge wires #20 AWG or close to that. They are in 3 pairs black/red each.

Another angle of the device believed to be a resolver

Last angle of the device believed to be a resolver
