And here it is assembled....sorta.

It is upside-down but it is scrubber bubbler.

It was a real pain in the butt to get the fitting on the end cap, but it is my own fault for trying to move too fast and missing things.

I finally brought the bike into the shed and started working on the fitment of the main chamber where I wanted it to go.
