Project Description:
im jake martin im 15 i live in Cambridge New Zealand and i have decided to do a science fair project on a brown gas welder unit ive been experimenting for a year now in hydrogen production and its time to put it use i am going to make a electrolysis unit out of stainless steel building plates and a bubbler with a hyperdermic needle to create a brown gas flame and do the plans for an industral unit for the next project.

this happend just as i had made a flame i had my bubbler with a little bit of water in it the gas couldnt get through  the tip fast enough and it compressed and when i had a blow back it ignited 2 lires of oxyhydrogen and i was thrown across the room water was every where my brother came out and we couldnt hear for some time we just heard a ringing i now understand the power of oxyhydrogen and will have more respect for the gas

new braces and all parts connected making a flame

my flame tip made from a mini air brush tip couldnt see flame but could set wood alight in seconds

my cell out of the box due to issue with the sealant the positive terminal seal had come lose just i i had got the hyper dermic needle thats why i couldnt create any pressure

new bubbler all in the cap one tube to the bottom and the other to the top
