cracking the lid.. bottom right is the driver.  left is the pot, obviously..... i think the bananna clips are underrated for the amperage i want to use. best stuff i could find at the moment. '

the holes along the bottom are cooling air exhaust holes. most holes are visible right by the chip, but i wanted some up front as well, in case the bananna plugs got all hot.

if the banana clips arent good enough and they melt, no big deal.... the project box was only $6 and the clips were only about $5 for a four pack of females.

better view of the fan...... expensive little rip-off. never woulda bought that one if my fiance didnt insist that i just dont give a crap that the little $2 fan is being marketed by radioshack  for $13 and buy it. i'm too damn cheap. haha.

please dont knock my shoddy soldering job.... the only iron i have is low-power one to be used for IC's and other small-wire jobs, i need a higher power one for the thick terminals i'm using on these projects. i do however make sure i dont have any cold joints.

.....and i have to take a picture of my new laptop that i posted this all with. Samsung just broke into the US laptop market and this is one hell of a netbook. perfect for entertainment on my over seas trips :-D
