Drilled 8 holes (5mm) into press acrylic and made thread for set screws (5mm). PVC gap closer goes here.


Side acrylic cover (20mm thick) pressed with PVC gap closer in between.


Drilling bottom acrylic cover (10mm thick).


Side view.


PVC gap closed cut into rectangular shape for top and bottom. I have replaced fiber tube with nylon tube. Fiber cannot withstand chemical.
