electrolizer with splash guard...

The splash guard will later be sealed down around the edges and along the top of the container partition. Also please note: I will install rubber hoses on each rod that will run from the inside of the container top ,thru collection chamber [above splash guard] passing thru the splash guard down inside the electrolite chamber to the top of the first bell. I always insulate any electrically charged rods that will pass thru the gas chamber. This splash guard is something new I had to come up with to keep the electrolite within their cells and prevent contact with other cells.

This is the top to the electrolizer. It shows the electrode hole layout. The two circled holes are being plugged ,their from another design. This cap was used from an earlier project. I,ll clean it up for later photos

Couldn,t resist takeing one with the top on. Still have to do more work before I'm ready to cap it. But all cell wireing will be outside the container. Also The 1" ring taken off the top cap, makes a fine base to set the canister on so it stands upright.

Testing one cell having unequal surface area.
