Project Description:
building a system to generate dc/ac power using the exhaust energy from am internal combustion engine.the object of this project is twofold-1 a real working power producer with no parasitic drain on the engine.two a system anyone can build in theri garage/workshop.

the pvc exhaust flange  & pvc pipes to prototype heat exchanger exhaust system


removing old header from drivers side of engine


new pvc flange installed


end shot of copper tubing after coiling. cut part of coil to check how the interior area was forming. very nice.also notice how flexible the coil length is. easy to insert into header.
