a view of the business end. I tested it under water using a compressor.
at slow flow rates only the inner 2 or 3 holes release bubbles and at higher flow rates all the holes emit bubbles.


had to go in the top of the unit to get things right regarding water level and tubing, makes it a bit tricky putting things together but I'll probably only do it once...at least I hope so


for visual water level I used a bulkhead and elbow with rigid nylon tube from a hydraulics company


Using the original bracket( flattened and painted) it was mounted to a wooden trolly.


the big picture of the trolley, its on castor wheels for easy rolling around.
If the wood planks seem odd thats because they formed the center of a 7ft cable drum, which is why they have a slightly rounded side. I tried planing them flat but it was too much work and seemed unnecessary.
