Not that bad for my first day TIG welding, lol. Yeah I know I can do better, but for the time being I'm happy. I have a deadline to get this thing running and working in the truck and so far I'm on schedule, lol.

Well almost everything is welded together now for the bottom part of the sheet metal. I figured I'd make the welds pretty by hiding them, lol.

I'm thinking that trying to do an 18ga sheet metal tank for my FIRST TIG project was REALLY STUPID. It was far easier said than done, lol. I finally gave up on trying to use much of any filler metal as it was just balling up on the surface for some reason. But anyways, here most of the welding is finaly done.

Better shot to show the size of the box.

Nice inside view.

Did a leak check on the tank, not as many leaks as I was expecting, lol. Figured I would want to do this now, not when I had any corrosive solutions in the tank, lol.

Also sandblasted the outside of the tank as well, makes for a cleaner looking box. Plus, my TIG skills aren't the greatest yet, lol.
