Project Description:
I thought I try to put a project page together for every one to see what I am talking about in the forum.
I started experiementing with this theme in the late 1980s, exploring different materials from zinc, graphite in sheet and rod, SS rod & sheet and the possible result to create hydroxy.till 1997 I had to stay in verry limited space and verry strickt rules because living in a appartement does not give much room for real experiments.
The results was that all material did work but the most promissing in regards to gas output and required power was the stainless steel. then in 1999 I have build my house with a 1,000 sqfeet metal workshop in a rural area where I finally could experiementing.
sorry I have no pics from the old days.
A big break was as I needed emergency surgery because of colone cancer it putted everythings on hold for about a year.
My first couple experiements was then going to explore the different options of design in regards to vertical or horizontal there are a few picture about comparing both. then I came up with SS wire mesh to use tests had shown a much higher gasoutput with even less surface area.
My main goal is to create enough hydroxy to power my generators 1 with 10,000 Kw and 1 with 6 Kw.
the following experiements will be documented in more detail.

this are the original coffee mug from homedepote two for $ 5

this is the stack of the double unit in progress. the unit has 17 plates 3x3 inches and two 1/8 spacer from grey pvc which I cut out of a old garbage can. later it did show to double 1/8 of the spacer was not good because during operation some of it was pushed out and started leaking.

this is the whole unit. the taps on the top are the positive connector and the taps on the side on each plate was original to find the right spot how many cells is needed for which Voltage.
the outlet in the front is the fill overflow it is a iner tube valve connector from "true value" I took the valve out and just used the connector during operation but with the valve in I used it to test for pressure test.

this picture is copy out of a small video clip where it can be seen better how the horizontal plates to the right generate hydroxy like a explosion and the vertical plate version to the left has brought way less hydroxy. the horizontal plates are 3 inch diameter three cells with 1/4 inch spacing and the vertical are 4x4 inch three cells also with 1/4 inch spacing.
the color of the electrolyte is another amazing part the vertical plates generate the typical brownish sludge but the hortizontal version run clear it even cleans up brownish sludge.
