Almost done just need the bottom and the top.

I drilled holes in the end so the H2 and O2 could escape during production.  I may need to drill more holes.  This design is going to allow for greater frequency window to obtain resonance as the center pipe will be solidly mounted and connected to 12vdc.  The negative outside cylinder, with the holes, will be pulsed on and off from 50 - 50kHz and mounted with rubber at the top and bottom.

You can see the rubber seperating the 2 electrodes and the other bolt is where my negative connection.  I still need to connect a wire, tighten and grind the bolt flat to the ID inside.

This is a close up of the pulse generator I made. Its pretty simple and does work from 52Hz to 50Khz. The output is coupled to a 20amp mosfet which I can connect to a 150 amp power module is needed.

Well I am making progress but so is Hurricane Rita. I have my container but still no KOH.
If you notice at the bottom of the page I attached a stainless wire for my negative electrode and coiled it 2 times so it should not interfear with the resonance of the electrode. I also coated it with liquid electrical tape to hold it together due to the vibrations it will encounter.  Not too hard but not too soft when dry.

I also turned the bottom on an engine lathe myself and since I fix CNC's not run them I cut my bottom a little too big so now I need a glue that will melt the Plexiglas and seal the bottom.  ANY IDEAS?   I am only out about 30 thousands 0.030.  The top I had to turn too but that was much easier and I got it to fit perfect.

I am leaving tonight and hope I will have a home when I come back.

This is such a great site!!!
