Finally after researching everything, time to put my theory into physical existance.
I am turning and threading the cylinder. Tomorrow I will start drilling the holes needed to install everything.

This is the tip which is being a bear. The stainless steel I am using from scrap was hardened and machining it is quite a chore. Two holes for the electrodes and the tip is done.
