cell mounted to lid (no bracing finalised as yet) for easy removal, servicing.


all attached and ready to test...none of my batteries were up to it

Data recorded so far: solution approx 20% NaOH

Start:

Battery        AMP    
12.5v          20      
11.5           15-18
11             30
10.7           30

Duration about 5 mins

Fresh battery:

Generating: 600ml/min (taken at startup)

20% solution, on startup pulls 25A, which gets to 30A within 5min. 10 mins in, creeping up to 35A mark...hmm think Ill thin down the solution a bit :p

had fun imploding a few coke bottles while we were at it 4mm irrigation hose makes a good wick!
