Project Description:
This is my setup to Bob Boyce concept of electrolysis.

Proceed to another page of the Testing Bobs Design Project: [<<<   <      >   >>>]

each disk + spacer will occupy 4,5mm(3mm spacer + 1,5mm from the disk) of the 15cm bolt so it can handle up to 30 discs

Its was harder then i thought to build in this setup becouse since the bolts cant touch the discs and i drilled the bolt hole a little far then it should.
This is just a demo of the 21 disks cell with 3 disks so i could prove to myself that the plastic/acrylic bases wasnt a waste of money.
i'll drill another hole in the center of the base so i can put another bolt to make the conection.

I think now i got the right concept of the bobs design... I had the top of the disk cutted and sandpaper it. Now i have 10 disks like this to test.

Now im using PVC sheets for the spacer. I Couldnt find a 1/8" thick so i got a 3,5mm. This is the unfinished spacer, i still have to cut the inside to make it an O-RING.
Since the diameter of this disk is so strange(3" 13/16), i couldnt find a tube to fit tight. So im going to seal it with hot silicon and then put in a bigger easy-to-find tube.
