Now here is my surprise, I have divided the canister into 4 compartments. Notice the groove cut around the top?(I'm quite proud of that groove, It was hell to keep it the depth all around pipe,This was done with a hacksaw and files.)

Gazing down into the beginning of a compact 4 cell electrolizer. All the joints where the divider meets pipe, will be welded with goop glue.

One bell placed in the unit to show the close fit. I am eventually going to build 2, 4 cell units for my Jeep. If I power up all 8 I will be using 1.8 volts per cell. But I can always drop one cell and still only use 2v per cell.

This is a view looking down into the top of electrolizer. Finally finished the other electrodes.

this is my splash guard. Its made from 1/8 plastic (taken from my son's old discarded toys}.
