The infamous Kevin Satterfiend, I mean Satterfield.

Between working on his sealed series 7 cell and mine here, we got some of the plate straightened out and his almost assembled. Maybe next time we get some time we'll actually get one of these two beasts running. I just really wanna see what all the rave is about with the seales series cell and see how my beast of 96 plates counters up to it. I still have a couple fittings that I need to weld up to the top of the tank that Kevin gave me, straighten out the rest of the plates, and then weld the tabs onto them all. But hopefully after I get all that done I'll be close to seeing this baby in working order. SO CLOSE, lol. I really wanna see what this thing can do on the trucks MPG, the end-all deciding factor to make this whole ordeal worthwhile, lol.

Just finished straightening out all the plates for the electrolyzer. I still have to clean the blueing dye off them but at least I'm one tedious step closer to being finished. I also have to weld all the lugs on the plates too, man that's going to take a while, I really wish I had a spot welder for that part of it. I'm trying to figure out a way temp setup my TIG for that kind of duty if anyone has any viable ideas. I also have to put the creases in the plates as well, and then straighten them out again.

Finally got the package of KOH!!! 3 months later! But at least I was smart and bought 8 POUNDS of it, lol.

Here is one of the four containers. This should last me quite a while.
