Decided to try a different approach to this sheet. I'll try to cut everything the same way. Like Cut all in one direction first, then change to doing the little cuts.

Well it paid off, seems like doing it that way made more uniform cuts which will make cleanup on the pieces later MUCH easier.

Yup, it's confirmed, the second way is definitely a much cleaner cut on the pieces.

Now all I have to do is calc out the length for the terminal lugs for the electrodes and I'll cut them out tomorrow. I have 96 plates to go in the box, and I have 4 48" lengths of 1" wide strips that I'll drill the hole for the bolts for the electrical connections. But that is for tomorrow, I've been cutting on this stupid thing for 6 hours now. I really wish I had eaten my spinach before I decided to go cut all these pieces by hand with compund hand shears.

With the help of Kevin Satterfield I got a gasket to put on this tank, thanks. Only problem I had was that I broke a bolt while assembling it, lol.
