I am glad to read that you are way better than before.

I would like to make you aware of some things that you may know already but that are often underestimated: (No, I am not a physician, but I had the chance to learn about some developments in the health sector on exhibitions in Germany)

Just simply drinking water, around 2 to 3 liters per day, will put you on the safe side against many drawbacks.

Salt: What we call "table salt" is in reality poison with the name "Natrium Chloride".
Sea salt, on the other hand, contains more than 80 elements of the periodic table versus the 2 of natrium chloride.
Our Body NEEDS only very very low quantities of real salt. But if he only gets natrium chloride he wants more and more, because he doesnt get what he needs.
If you are able to get hold of "flor de sal", even better: this is salt that is much purer sea salt. It is harvested from the top of the salines somehow comparable like the cream is harvested from milk.

Or if you can get himalaya salt, even better. You do not need high quantities of good salt , it lasts very long.


Oxygen:

As far as I learned, our body can not metabolize O2 (di-oxygen) directly. In the lungs it splits O2 into O O, which can be used by our physiology.

The problem with oxygen being fed to the body is, that even in higher doses of oxygen we still have O2. That means, although there is higher supply of the raw material O2, the O, which our physiology is needing, still has to be cracked from O2. If the body has a deficiency to do so, oxygen in higher percentage still has no immediate value.

This is the reason why ozone (which is O3) has such a strong effect. O3 is not stable, it falls apart very fast to O2 plus O. This one O can be used by our physiology directly.
