Cryogenically Treated Electrolysis Plates

Hello. This is my first post here. I am gathering information for building a hydroxy generator...which this place is a gold mine of information (thank you Chris, for this forum and your very helpful project documentation and input).

Has anyone experimented to see if cryogenically treating plates (and perhaps other wires and circutry) improves electrolysis performance? From what I have read about cryogenics it does improve metal conductivity and performance in most every area it is used.
