Here's a link you all might find interesting: a little correspondence
between a yugoslavian inventor who creates OU ball lightening,
and William A. Rhodes Ph.d (same guy who invented Chris & Bob
Boyce's electrolyzer boxes [actually a welder.])

A ball of lightening in some ductwork and a fan to create blow-by,
not a bad way to heat a dwelling. Maybe a capacitive arrangement
can be made with the ball that might charge a battery or when
discharging, run the fan.
