Can it be stored on some way attracted to a Zn cathode?

I heard about this new compound, made on its external core by C and Zn, but, inside it, there is a core of the H stored.

So my question may be, what if one of the electrodes is made of Zn, will it attract the H and make some fuel bars with no need to super cool the H for storage?

its a metal-hydride. by far, the most superior way to store hydrogen(hydrides). this compound seems to be a new type of hydride, however it seems to be a hydride nonetheless.
