In my minde mesh made of ss should be a good solution.

Okey, that´s good news.

Can you specife some result from your test´s. I gues that what i´m looking for is what type of increase you get swithing from plate´s to mesh and is it the same mas?

In my world mas is equel to recistance, so the lower mas the lower recistance, and lower resistance is lower amp. I just don´t understand way some people are using plate´s that are 1-1.5 mm, after all, it is on the surfuce the action is. I use 0,3 mm and that works fine

My next cell is made of mesh electrodes x 30 cells. Stainless anodes and titanium coated cooper katodes. The process of coating the cooper are done by a friend, he knows how it´s done, and i´m looking forward to the resulte.

Friend of mine made a stainless mesh unit.
He made 3 separate containers each with solid SS plate in centre
and either side Mesh. So thats 6 cells in Series.
The unit makes lots of Hydroxy. It is very Quick to start up.
My only concern is that it is making Water mist - which can be very
bad depending upon the content.
