thats quite interesting, basically, the output of heat is more than the input of electricity, unless i am getting lost in the terminology.... they termed it "an abnormal output of thermal energy" haha.
i mean, essentially, you put 300 volts dv to a tungsten anode and nickel or platinum cathode, and there is an abnormal reaction, and a visible light emitted.
before jumping on the overunity bandwagon- they did say they wanted more exacting tests but there did "appear to be an abnormal amount of heat"
