Here in Australia the electric solenoid valves like bcash4039 posted are readily available at hardware stores. They are commonly used for automated sprinkler systems. They retail for $25AUD to $50AUD depending on size and quality. These hold over 100psi, I have seen them used them in pneumatic cannons during youth to much success.

Thank you very much for the link. I'll start looking for it at my place (garden supplies), hope fully can find one. For time being, I have installed the manual water mist system in my test car. Since it's too manual, its very dangerous to keep an eye on the pressure and water level in water filter container while driving car. May be this weekend, I try to do mileage testing with this unit installed.
