When your cell runs low on water do you just add straight distilled water or do you have to also add electrolyte?

Nice! makes for a very kewl safety feature. Could also use one that works opposite to shut off current in the event of lack of water.

The circuit switches on when there is no water, so if you connect it to a relay that switches your main connection of when the Chemelec circuit switches on you will have done the trick.

Or, ideally use two of Chems ccts.

One to top up your wfc when it runs low, another to turn off the pump and wfc power supply if the holding/reservoir water tank runs dry. Works for me.
