Les,I didnt mean to offend you in asking about the wave forms yours and Bobs, circuts produce,I have great respect for Mr. Boyce and his power supply...I personaly think now if there culd be a togetherness of Bobs',Steve's,Davids',and your spark waste management culd be all brought together in one complete package wuld be an awsome circut so I did not mean to offend you.
I was brought here when looking for high milage carb information a few years ago,so I feel lucky to have all you guys here and contributing,Gary did not mean to offend you iether ,I can attest to Gary's character and he is a good man with valuable input and contribution as well.Gary does not carry a chip on his shoulder say'n he is better than everybody and surely did not mean to offend you.We are all here looking for a better way and untill all of this stuff is put into one package we dont have the better way yet so its good to have a thick skin and understand that we ALL have our own hardships at trying to supply a better way...its not easy for anybody to work up someth'n and post it and have it questioned..I understand , but that comes with the teritory and as it comes to pass its allways a good thing that things get questioned as it may just be one question that moves things forward and provides a better way....ALL IS GOOD.

There is no one more excited, about hearing from your last post that your circuit CAN do the phase shifting within a few increments more than I.

However you must understand that everyone must/should understand the risks. I don't feel that explaining the possible hazards to a bad idea.

Since you openly admit that you have never done the res/drive to toroidal to cell stack or your res/drive to cell, let me point out the warnings posted all over the OUPOWER site from the guy (bob) who has done it.

The rotational fields pose a hazard to the average experimenter. I am glad you are helping us do circuits. Your experience is very valuable as well as Chemelec, Bob, Rich,and more of this list.

I will rephrase. Rotational field technology is here and left in the hands of the average JOE might cause the following.

#1 lighting strikes

#2 Electrical fires/melt downs

#3 Shock

Now if my last post did not seem nonsensical enough here is the icing on the cake. I may not be able to prove or even accurately express the possible variables and how they all inner relate, yet I can warn that they do exist.

Rotational fields do pose hazards without ways to limit and control their interactions. All I am saying is that if we are going to lead people into the area of energy production, let's consider the path we trod.

I know this sounds crazy to many of you who are thinking that these projects are just wires/batteries/cells and probably won't get anything other than bubbles.

This subject is not a new one. Les I am not saying your design will not work. I am saying that being untested and having the phase change capabilities could produce more that most people think.

I am saying this for our benefit. If rotational fields can do what I say then why not warn about them at the same time the circuit diagrams are being posted for all to fool with?

I don't care if all you guys have a hundred and fifty years of experience under your belt in your field of expertise. This rotational field stuff is far more than electronics.

Again with all due respect and all of the buttering up we are a very dangerous collective. Yes we have the brass, but let us also consider the possibilities.

Ball Lightning

Tesla reportedly could consistently make ball lightning in his Colorado lab, with one account saying that he was able to temporarily contain the balls in wooden boxes.

Despite over 10,000 reported sightings of the phenomenon, ball lightning has often been regarded as nothing more than a myth, fantasy, or hoax.[1] Reports of the phenomenon were dismissed due to lack of physical evidence, and were often regarded the same way as UFO sightings.

A 1960 paper reported that 5% of the US population reported having witnessed ball lightning.[2] Another study analyzed reports of 10,000 cases.[3]

Ball lightning is photographed very rarely, and details of witness accounts can vary widely. Many of the properties observed in ball lightning accounts conflict with each other, and it is very possible that several different phenomena are being incorrectly grouped together. It is also possible that some photos are fakes.

The discharges reportedly appear during thunderstorms, sometimes issuing from a lightning flash, but large numbers of encounters reportedly occur during good weather with no storms within hundreds of miles.

A report from an area of central Africa having a very high incidence of lightning said that ball lightning used to appear from a certain hill just before the onset of the rainy season.[4] (The report also exhibits a reluctance to report such phenomena typical of many people).

Ball lightning reportedly tends to rotate or spin and can possess odd trajectories such as veering off at an angle or rocking from side to side like a leaf falling. Fireballs can also move with or agains the wind. Other motions include a tendency to float (or hover) in the air and take on a ball-like appearance. Its shape has been described as spherical, ovoid, teardrop, or rod-like with one dimension being much larger than the others. Many are red to yellow in colour, sometimes transparent, and some contain radial filaments or sparks. Other colours, such as blue or white occur as well.

Sometimes the discharge is described as being attracted to a certain object, and sometimes as moving randomly. After several seconds the discharge reportedly leaves, disperses, is absorbed into something, or, rarely, vanishes in an explosion. Some accounts have the balls passing freely through wood or glass or metal, while other accounts report circular holes in the wood or glass or metal. Some report explosions when the balls contact electrical wiring or the vaporisation of water when the balls enter water. Some accounts say the balls are lethal, killing on contact, while other accounts say the opposite.

Pilots in World War II described an unusual phenomenon for which ball lightning has been suggested as an explanation. The pilots saw small balls of light "escorting" bombers, flying alongside their wingtips. Pilots of the time referred to the phenomenon as "foo fighters," initially believing that the lights were from enemy planes. However there are other theories as to the identity of the foo fighters.

Submariners in WWII gave the most frequent and consistent accounts of small ball lightning in the confined submarine atmosphere. There are repeated accounts of inadvertent production of floating explosive balls when the battery banks were switched in/out, especially if mis-switched or when the highly inductive electrical motors were mis-connected or disconnected. An attempt later to duplicate those balls with a surplus submarine battery resulted in a several failures and an explosion. [3]

Volcanos and the atmosphere and earth around them have been known to produce ball lightning and other luminous effects, with or without electrical storms. These accounts vary greatly.

Other accounts place ball lightning as appearing over a kitchen stove or wandering down the aisle of an airliner.[5] One report described ball lightning following and engulfing a car, causing the electrical supply to overload and fail. In 1773, two clergy men recalled that they saw a ball of light drop down in their fireplace. Seconds later, it exploded. [citation needed]

Some researchers suggest that ball lightning has a more diverse range of properties than previously thought (e.g. Singer, 1971). Japanese investigators (e.g. Ofuruton et al) report that Japanese ball lightning can occur in fine weather and be unconnected with lightning. The diameter is said to be typically 20–30 cm but sometimes even larger up to a few meters. Ball lightning can split and recombine and can exhibit large mechanical energy like carving trenches (e.g. Fitzgerald 1978) and holes into the ground.

It is time to reconsider why we are here. After looking at the complexity and safety concerns surrounding these discoveries I am more excited than ever.

This field of study can be intimidating after all of it's details are highlighted.

Here is a list of what may be needed to do res/drive research.

#1 A 12vdc battery

#2 one 3 channel PWM circuit

#3 A toroidal core and wire

#4 one 70,80,90 or 100 plate cell

#5 one autotransformer

#6 one 1000 watt inverter 12vdc to 120vdc

#7 One bridge rectifier

#8 one 3 channel Scope

#9 frequency counter.

#10 amp meter

#11 volt meter

#12 bubbler

#13 diffuser filter bubbler

#14 Gas flow meter

This is a simple list besides all of the tools you might need to buy to construct or fashion components.

This is not just a quick and painless little circuit with a magic/sweet spot freq that goes into perpetual motion mode.

There is no such animal.

To full fill this bill we are going to have to pay close attention to tolerances.
Plate spacing, plate straightness, temperature stability, water filling, cell leakage, cell voltage, cell cleansing, cell conditioning.

If done proper this setup can produce a 1000% that of Faraday. Cutting corners or half measures will not give desired results.

Anyone wanting to go beyond this safe low level form of energy collection to the dangerous phase control experiments should first be familiar with the basic resonating drive technologies. Before we can walk we are going to have to crawl first.

Personally I think that the low level (1000%) energy collection method is enough for a lifetime.

The world of technology is in run away mode in light of just a few added phenomena or principles just now gaining acceptance.

These phenomena have always been there regardless of who acknowledges them or not.
