Nylon tube as insulator for threaded screw.

Soak plates and cell divider (3mm vinyl sheet cut in U-shape) into water before assembly.

Some other materials.

Plexiglass (acrylic 20mm thickness) used as electrolyser casing. Made 7 holes (10mm onto plexiglass) just nice to fit nylon tube. Threaded screw goes through nylon tube. Nylon tube insulate metal screw from touching SS plate.

Insert double U-shape vinyl (3mm thickness each). Double vinyl sheet makes the cell spacing around 5mm to 5.5mm after pressing.
