Good shot of the upper and lower holes in the inner can. These holes represent the ONLY place that the air from the fan can escape.


The unit is pretty much airtight or it should be. The more airtight the better. This way all of your air from the fan goes out the holes and you maximize efficiency.

By the way these little fans usually run on 12v and consume only about 1 - 2 watts of power. That means even with a very small gel cell 5AH, you could run for about 30 hours straight.
