This is my daughters new punishment when she's bad. Unfortunately, she seems to enjoy it too much for it to be an effective means of punishment?

Oh well ...she's a brave little thing!

The black backdrop is to try to let you see her hair standing up.

This camera sucks so you can't see anything very clearly.

Here Daddy! Touch my finger!

Come on Daddy! It doesn't hurt!

(Wife peeking out now and laughing) Go on honey... touch her.

Actually I would have touched her finger, but I didn't want to scare the poor little dear. She and I would have both been given a big Whap!

I don't show it, but she's got rubber sneakers on and she is standing on a large plastic container lid. By doing this and holding onto the sphere as it powers up, the person feels nothing at all. That is the only reason I let her hang onto it since I know that she will not be shocked.

Discharging her takes a bit of creativity. I have her jump off of the plastic lid and run around. The discharge is masked by the impact of her jumping and then when she runs around, it bleeds off the rest of her free electrons.

There you can see a bit of her hair standing up!

I need to improve my belt speed with a much faster motor. I use a slow old drill now and that is the problem more than anything.

The spheres bleed a lot off as well. If I ever get my Foundry finished and lathe built, I will make a nice smooth aluminum sphere

That should help a LOT!
